I've gone into my 'edit profile' feature and clicked on add a photo but nothing happens. Any advice?

It's ususally me asking that kind of question. It doesn't open up to the browse or paste in a site options? Or is the pic you're trying to upload the right size? If none of this works PM Shells & see if she can offer any advice.
